Mary Radu, Founder of Pathmaker Coaching, is a personal life coach specializing in midlife career and lifestyle transitions. She is a pioneer in the emerging field known as Baby Boomers, The Third Age and Midlife Transitions.
Her mission is to support and guide her clients and customers to find what will bring meaning at this point in their lives and inspire them to take purposeful action. Her passion is transforming the uncertainties of midlife changes into a discovery of energizing choices and courageously taken action on a path that is uniquely one's own.
Her own professional transitions have led her through 25 years in the fields of human services, manufacturing, health care and information technology. She has held training, program development, management and consulting roles. She has developed a successful coaching practice.

In addition to my Pathmaker Coaching practice, I've had the opportunity to partner with another gifted and experienced coach, Cheryl Mann of Goals InSight Coaching, Inc. Cheryl and I share a passion for helping individuals live the lives that they truly desire. Over the past four years we've led group workshops together, helping participants find their visions, understanding their choices and taking conscious action to bring their visions into reality. Neither Cheryl nor I nor any coach I know is immune to the discovery and life change process. Through this journey, Cheryl has chosen to take a different business path that will require her full attention. We remain in close contact. I am excited to guide the continued Roadmap journey with the knowledge that we have created a life-changing program that is unique and has profound impact.

Cheryl Mann, MBA, CPCC, ACC is the President and Founder of Goals InSight, Inc. Cheryl Mann is a popular national speaker and facilitator. She is a regular speaker, presenter and workshop leader for public and industry events, conferences, and corporate meetings and off-site retreats on the topics of team building, leadership development, goal setting, change management, and work-life balance, having delivered hundreds of workshops and speaking engagements on these topics.

Cheryl received her professional coaching training and certification (CPCC - Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) from the Coaches Training Institute. She is also certified by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Cheryl holds a MBA degree with emphasis in Health Care Administration from Golden Gate University and a BA degree in Health Services Administration with a Business minor from California State University, Chico.
